Suggestly Documentation

Learn, Integrate, Build Better

Explore product documentation and developer resources to integrate Suggestly into your workflow. Manage feedback, connect your apps, and ship with confidence.

What is Suggestly?

Suggestly helps teams capture feature suggestions, bug reports, and app ratings from a single, integrated experience. With widgets, API endpoints, and a Flutter package, you can embed Suggestly everywhere your users are.

The Suggestly dashboard centralizes all incoming feedback, allowing you to triage submissions, collaborate with your team, and prioritize product improvements informed by your users.

Getting Started

  1. Create an account: Sign up to access your dashboard, where you can review submissions across all your applications.
  2. Add an application: Navigate to Manage Applications and create a new app. This step generates your API key so you can start collecting submissions through the API or SDK.
  3. Invite your team: Manage owners and contributors to share responsibilities across triage and roadmap planning.

Dashboard & Applications

Your dashboard aggregates submissions across all applications in one place. Applications represent the products you collect feedback for. Each application has:

  • An API key for programmatic submissions
  • Submission types for feature suggestions, bug reports, and ratings
  • Role-based access for your team (Primary Owner, Owner, Contributor)

Use the Dashboard to see all submissions together, and filter by application when you need context-specific triage.

Managing Feedback

Suggestly's triage tools help you convert raw submissions into actionable work:

Feature Suggestions

Capture ideas, vote internally, and track statuses (New → Under Review → Scheduled → Released).

Bug Reports

Collect severity, reproducibility details, and status updates to keep users in the loop.

Ratings & Sentiment

Monitor satisfaction, average scores, and written feedback to spot trends.

Reporting

Use the dashboard to slice submissions by status, severity, or application to plan next releases.
